Ingredients
Pork Ribs (250g), ginger slices, scallions (some), yellow wine (1 tablespoon), light soy sauce (2 tablespoons), vinegar (3 tablespoons), sugar (4 tablespoons)
Steps
1. Wash and soak for one hour, drain away the blood, add appropriate amount of yellow wine and ginger slices, mix well, and marinate for one hour.
2. Heat the pan, add more oil, stir-fry the ginger until fragrant, add the pork ribs and stir-fry until golden brown.
3. Add in order: 1 spoon of yellow wine, 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 3 spoons of vinegar, and 4 spoons of sugar. Add enough boiling water to cover the ribs. Cover the pan and bring it to a boil, then simmer over medium-low heat for nearly half an hour.
4. Open the lid, over high heat to reduce the soup, place on a plate and sprinkle with chopped scallions.
