Irish Coffee is a cocktail made with Irish whiskey as the base liquor and coffee as the auxiliary ingredients.

Ingredients :

4 OZ. (120ml) Freshly brewed coffee 

1.5 OZ. (45ml) Irish Whiskey 

1 teaspoon (or bar spoon) of brown sugar 

Appropriate amount of whipped sugar-free fresh cream

Preheat the Irish coffee mug with hot water. Mix coffee, whiskey and brown sugar, stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved, and about half an inch of whipped cream floats on the surface of the liquid.
